THE STORY
what happened
at the first Sister Circle
Two women sat across from each other in circle and started sharing. The more they talked, the more they realized they'd been on opposite sides of the exact same situation - carrying the same shame, the same guilt, the same quiet voice asking if they'd made the right choice.
And when they looked up at each other, they both realized: there was never a right decision and were finally able to let go of all the weight they'd been holding onto alone. Whewww and that babe… that’s sisterhood.

A note on attendance: This circle works because everyone shows up. You're asked to attend each monthly gathering. After 3 cancellations, you'll be removed — not as punishment, but because the women in this circle are counting on each other. Commitment to the circle is commitment to yourself.

Sharing is encouraged, not required, but know that this isn't a surface-level space. We go deeper here. If the idea of ever opening up feels completely off the table for you, this might not be your season for the circle. But if it feels uncomfortable and you're willing to try anyway? That's exactly who this is for.

It's intentional and heart-centered, but it's not tied to any religion or belief system. Women from all backgrounds feel at home here!

You're invited to the Pathway to Heart Expansion Society! The PHES opens you up to a broader community of women who've done the work. Whether it’s through 1:1 coaching with me or they have participated at one of my retreats or programs. When you’re apart of the PHES, you also get alumni pricing on all future offerings for life!

The Sister Circle is a sacred space for healing, connection, and safety, and that means making sure everyone who walks in is ready for this level of work. Not everyone is, and that's truly okay. There's no rejection here, just an honest conversation about whether this is your season for it. If it's not, I will always point you toward something that is. This isn't a selective group.
